Management Server Character Set is corrupted after patching

    Oracle f... me again
After patching with the recent patches from Security Alert #68 on windows platform, today I found that my Management Server is corrupted.
In every try to start a job from "Job Library" the OEM console returns to me the following message: "Non supported character set: oracle-character-set-178"
The list with all users is displayed as list of "????"s - great
I have try some workaround (from Metalink) for the similar patching problem for 9.2.0.3 patch but without any changes.
Please, any suggestions and workaround will be very appreciated.
Great work, Oracle - thank you for helping me to be secured!

    Hi,
I have found some workaround of the problem, but I don't like this solution.
I replaced the files in ORACLE_HOME\jdbc\lib with files from 9.2.0.5 patched ORACLE_HOME
The problem was solved, but in this case I am not sure that this oracle home is correctly patched for Security Alert #68
