Creation of EUL User via SQL

All:
We need to be able to create and maintain a Discoverer user
by PL/SQL. As usual support won't divulge the internals to
the Administration version. Anyone have more info or tried this ?

Hi Rodney,
I faced the same problem a year ago.
What i did was: I created the EUL user from the Discoverer Administration Tool, created the correct business logic and exported the data.
Then, imported the user when needed.
