Oracle Database license / features

Hi all
I'm not quite firmiliar with Oracle licensing

Is the license for Oracle Database Standard and Enterprise Edition applicable to all architectures? I don't see any architecture specific license options on Oracle web site.

Correct me if I'm wrong..
The Enterprise version of Oracle Database entitles me to use extra features like Tuning Pack, Diagnostics Pack. I have to purchase addtional CD packs for these.

No, once u will have the Enterprise Edition license.The CD pack itself will have all the related stuff.

Of course, you have to pay extra licensing fees to legally use it.
