export/import or create as select

We have a table of 1GB large and we want to defragment it. I always used create as select for all our previous tablespace reorg efforts. But this time I want to try something different. We only need to reorg this one table. What are the things I have to think of if we go for the export/import approach? Which approach would you recommend in this case?

better to go for import export utility that it will ask for compress y/n so just give yes
