in the near future we may switch to Solaris and so I do not want to replace DBA then

Hi, is this one a n-to-n implementaion? or have to join a team which is already exisitng? on emore question if say 60/40 ratio with apps dba/core dba is that would ne enough?

I am forming the team , it is a planned 3 years implemenation process for the eBusiness suite of Oracle including ERP , CRM , HR , Payroll , OFA , OSA , Manufacturing
