    Not able to grant a role

    Hi!
    I am not able to grant a role to another user. I am able the see the existing role in dba_role_privs,role_sys_privs.I cannot see the same role in role_role_privs,
    ORA-01919

    put the text if your error message, most people dont know the error messages.

    Do you have permissions to grant the role to another person?

    Was the role created with ADMIN option enabling you to grant it to someone else?
