how to registerd with metalink

hi

can anybody guide me how to get registered with metalink .we have llicensed oracle 9i .

On the site metalink\oracle.com i am getting

On-Line Registration

Step 1: Enter Support Identifier

Support Identifier
(CSI, SAC, Access Code etc.)


i have license no. but i dont have Support Identifier (CSI, SAC, Access Code etc.) .
since i am new to company. i dont know whether my co. have this number(may be it comes with the documents of oracle ) or i should get it from another site.

looking for ur support.

Whomever purchased the license should have the documents. Otherwise, call your Oracle Sales weenie and they'll get the info for you.
