Hi,

I'm trying to connect to OEM as the SYSTEM user but I received an error message saying that system should be granted.

"select any dictionary privilege"

Isn't the SYSTEM user supposed to have this privilege?

NOTE:

Database is 9.2.0.4
Oracle client is 9i

Can any one explain this?
