what is the diff between 'startup migrate' and 'startup upgrade' ???

I am familiar with oracle sysdba command 'Startup upgrade' but recently I have come acrossed this term 'startup migrate' and to be honest I have not come acrossed it before...could any kind guru enlighten me further?

On the contrary, may be YOU could enlighten me about the "startup upgrade" command that you are familiar with.

As for "startup migrate" - RTM / Metalink / Google.

My apology...i meant to say I used to hear of "startup migrate" but NOT "startup upgrade"...which is the case for new Oracle10g. I wonder if there are any real diff between the two in 10g ??
