deleted table records in Oracle10g can it be restore using flashback??

As i dont hv a working oracle10g database for testing...I hope to gather some feedback on a qn i hv:

If i have a certain records in Oracle10g table deleted...does the new feature Flashback function able to restore those deleted records?? something like the point-in-time recovery using time as reference?

Yes you can do that even in 9i.read the oracle docs and the falsh back features on how to do this.
