    ORA-14406: updated partition key is beyond highest legal partition key

    What is this error???.

    You have updated a field (your partition key) that will put it out of range of the top partition. My guess is you don't have a MAXVALUE partition defined...

    The issue is solved. actually USER is trying to enter NULL.
