    NLS_LANG and NLS_CHARACTERSET

    Hi all,

    we are building the application for the client and they are in Russian. My database was set to UTF8 as well as the client workstation. The client is having some problem with the database b/c they are using AMERICAN_AMERICA.CL8MSWIN1251 for both database and client.

    Is there any way to work around to fix the problems???
