when was the DBA role given ?

One of the user has assigned DBA role to his id illegally. I want to identify when (Date) was the DBA role assigned by that user. Can anybody give a light on this issue ? Thanks in advance.

we didn't enable audit. Without using Audit option, is there anyway to find out this issue?

If you are using 9i and are in archive log mode investigate logminer

Hm, I wonder where is developer's guilt with this incidence... Granting someone (or enabling someone not authorised to grant) a DBA privilege- where do dvelopers come to play here???? Isn't here a DBA that deserves a decent beatin'? And it seems to me very likely that the one that raised this question here is the one that is responsible. But before you all start beating him/her - that's only a guess, I might be wrong here.....

HAVING THE CAPABILITY AND USING IT ARE TWO ENTIRELY DIFFERENT THINGS.

I may have the ability to go out and buy a gun, in fact I do. Using it is an entirely different matter.
