    create database fails

We installed Oracle 9.2.0.3 on a Windows 2003 server.
We used the OUI 220180 installer.

Using the database-configuration-assistant we are trying to create a database

After setting all the parameters and pushing the "apply" button
    ("Voltooien"in dutch) nothing happens.

    Please help?

Most people (?) here think it's best to use the configuration assistant to prepare the script BUT to copy/paste it into a SQLplus session so that you can see what is actually going on.
