    Calling an external program of a Oracle PL/SQL procedure.

    I am trying to call winzip from an Oracle PL/SQL but am getting my butt kicked !!!

    Can anyone help this rookie out ?

    I am trying to automate a process in which we are ftp'd a zip file and we need to unzip it. NT platform.

    I inherited this mess and am just trying to make it a little easier.

    It is currently being done in VB and is a dog - does not work a lot of the time.
