Tool for monitoring top cpu on threads in NT

Does anyone know of any tools that monitor the top cpu intensive users on NT?

We have tried perfmon, but we have 400+ users on the database, and you have to select the thread id of each thread, and for 400+ users it is taking forever.

    Thanks.

Isn't V$sesstat accumulative? Our database is 24*7. I want a display like topcpu in unix, i.e. the top current threads using the most cpu at that time. Thanks.
