ORA-04031: unable to allocate 4200 bytes of shared memory. Pls help!!!

I encountered the following errors on oracle8.1.7.0.1, linux flatform.
ORA-04031: unable to allocate 4200 bytes of shared memory.

I search from the internet, it seems it is a bug for oracle8.1.7.0, need to apply oracle8.1.7.2 patch set or upgrade to 8.1.7.2.
However I cannot found either this patch set or 8.1.7.2 for linux download file from internet.

Can any of you advise where to find it or how to resolve this problem. Thanks very much!

I believe that you need to be eligible for support to get patches.
