    Max. rows return from PL/SQL

Have any limitations for the number of rows returned from PL/SQL?

Has the developer bothered to take the 5 minutes required to test whether it's possible or not? Does he/she expect someone else to tell them what keys to press everytime they want to do something they haven't done before?

You'd better break this person's lazy bad habits before they make your life unbearable.

No. There is no limitation on how many rows you can return.
