ORA-06550: PLS-00707

Hello,
One of our vendor product, which worked fine for several months is generating the following error:
[Oracle][ODBC][Ora]ORA-06550: line 1, column 1:PLS-00707: unsupported construct or internal error [2702]

It generating the error several times and finally giving :
[Oracle][ODBC][Ora]ORA-03113: end-of-file on communication channel
.
.
.

[Oracle][ODBC][Ora]ORA-01041: internal error. hostdef extension doesn't exist.

Any help on this combination ORA-06550: PLS-00707 internal error [2702] will be of great help.
