Oracle 8i Vs Oracle 9i - Differences & New features

Dear all,

I'm about to attend a very important interview. During previous interviews i managed to scrape through with answers such as...

Oracle 9i facilitates the flashback query and external tables, which cannot be found in 8i. But people generally ask for more.

I've scouted all across the web and i couldn't find the right kind of points which i require.

So i request you all, based on your experiences, to suggest some of the differences, new features in Oracle 9i and what makes it more advantageous than 8i.

Also please suggest if there is any change in the PL/SQL programming side.
