Trace file not showing error

Hi All,

My client is running an application which produces an error through
the front end ORA-06564. I ran a trace against a user in a test database and got them to replicate the error. Unfortunately the
error doesn't occur with the trace file.

Is there anything else I can do apart from run a database level trace?

Any help would be appreciated.
