Thread: Import and Truncate option

    Question

    I have a dump file that is 150 MB . Does this mean that you can import to that dmp file to a database that is about 500 MB free space ? (of course with the right table ,tablespace, and index) initial and next extent)


    Is there a good faq regarding exp, imp for Oracle 8i ?

    You should not have any problems importing into it with your esumptions
