need create db script: HELP

hello all,
yesterday i installed the oracle 8i from cd. unfortunately it created a starter database and it also installed the binaries. I require a script to help me create a database. please help.
couldnt find crdb.sql in other oracle home dir.

Also I installed 8i on linux yesterday at Digiship. I have created a database called DSDEV. and as you know the installer creates some datafiles system, user01, temp01 etc. dbf files. The user wants me to copy over the data from another instance to DSDEV. How do i copy over the datafiles and get the database up and running?

Configure the new db .. adding/sizing redo logs, adding tablespaces, etc, then export schema from existing db to the new db.

In Oracle8i you have Oracle Databse Assistant, use it.
In UNIX is dbassist.
