There was my problem.
It was a box that was sitting around doing nothing and at the time I didn't even know what 'rpm' was since I had never worked on Linux.
Definitely added some skills during the installation.
It went fine on AIX. Keep in mind one of the bugs - the CORE's version is showing 9.2.0.3:
