    Question ETL oracle

    Is it true that Oracle had a included ETL (Not Warehouse Builder) with Oracle 9i database enterprise edition? know someone how it's work?

    Hi bensmail,

    Could you explain a bit better what you mean exactly by "included ETL". Because you can't just "include" ETL in the database because before executing an ETL process you first have to define it, and I dont see how an database could define the ETL processes by it's own.

    Are you speaking about external tables which allows to extract data from data files directly from sql without using an external tool like sqlloader?
