Only package specification is getting imported and there is no package body...Also everything other that packages like tables, procedures, functions and sequnces are getting imported properly...

Is that Package Body created under different user than what package specification is created?

    Yes...

We are having 2 diffrent databases.
We are exporting User1 in DB1.
and then importing dump into User2 in DB2.

Somehow all tables, views, procedures, functions and only package specifications are getting created but there is no package body in packages...

I really dont understand why there is no package body in the packages...

Yes we had such a problem which you are getting now.
Actually we had all the procecure and package script in
    text file.

We recreated from the text file.Better you keep all your scripts in text file.
