    ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [ssexhd()+156] [SIGSEGV]

    RDBMS Version: 9i release 2
    Operating System and Version: sun solaris 5.9

    Hi

    During the creation of database, i got the following error:

    What would be the solution to fix this? Earliest response is highly appreciated.

    Have you correctly modified the /etc/system kernel parameters settings
