    Could not Locate Java runtime when starting DBCA or OEMCTL?

    I installed ORacle 9.2 on solaris 9. Now, when I am trying to start oemctl (or any other GUI tools like dbca), I am getting the error message

    Could not locate java runtime.

    Any clues on this?
