    Question Will this work? (oracle for linux copied from windows 2000 hard disk?)

    if u have dumped entire "oracle for linux" cd into windows 2000 machine & then writing into a CD......right, if i have understood u correctly. Then i think it'll work fine unless if there is no problem with the SOURCE cd......

    Thanks for the information karthik...
    what you have understood is correct.

    oracle for linux cd content is shared in a folder (win 2000)...from some other location(network)i will copy the contents of the folder and burn the cd
