    oracle 9ias installation - novel

    Hello,

    I have been asked to install Oracle 9iAS on Windows 2000 servers running in a Netware environment.
    Couple of questions:
    1. Is that possible? Installation guide keeps on refering to fully qualified domain names, etc...
    If I cannot install it in a novel environment, what would be the best option?

    2. I am planning on using 3 servers:
    DB Server
    Web Cache and J2EE
    Application and Infrastructure Server

    Is there anything I need to worry about in this configuration?

    I would appreciate any assistance.

    The best option for you is not installing 9IAS
