Which one is better Pro*C or ODBC?

    Hi Guys,

Which technology is better for developing database applications with out compromising its performance, Pro*C or ODBC?
    Am using Oracle 9i db.
It would be better if some one can help me out.

Which is better, a sledge hammer or a claw hammer? It depends on the application.

"without compromising performance", I'd say Pro*C. ODBC is definately not a high-performance interface.
