Cannot start the OMS on Windows 2000

Hi, Can someone help me with this annoying problem? The OMS service will not start on my local Windows 2000 server. The Oracle repository is running on my server. The following error appears when I try to startup the OMS service: "Could not start the OracleORAHome81 service on local Computer. The service did not return an error. This could be an internal windows error or internal service error".
I did not make any changes at the OS and Oracle levels. Any idea why this problem had started?

Is the repository database started?

Are there any errors in the oms.log or event viewer

The repository is started and on my local server. I am able to connect via sqlplus with and without service name.
The event viewer does not have too much details. I have cut and pasted some info from oms.nohup. Please take a look below.
