I just installed o9ids, and then make a block with the wizard based on the emp table. Then I pressed Ctrl + R after starting OC4J Instance, and I got that error.
This is the simplest application I can do, and it didnt work.
I didnt change any configuration parameters or files.


FRM-92060 ERROR.
Failed to connect to server.

I saw something suspictious on the java console with the name of my proxy server, so I deactivated the proxy server, now I have a different error.
