    upgrade to 9.2.0.4 issue

I am trying to upgrade oracle from 9.2.0.3 to 9.2.0.4 and it's running on Linux redhat. The upgrade was stopped at 30% of the installation and I got the error:

    cannot write to destination /home/oracle/product/9.2.0/bin/dbsnmp/sav

anyone had this issue before ??? please give me some advises

    thanks,
