How to reduce the size of a referenced horizontal toolbar in a form

Hello Gang,

Sorry for coming up with so many "How to" questions!

I created a from and referenced a standard toobar, for some reason the toolbar looks smaller in the old forms that someone else created and it looks much bigger in my forms... obviously my customer is not happy ! So, is there any way to reduce the size of the toolbar!

I tried comparing the properties of the block, canvas and the window (which is referenced for the toolbar) with an old form and I did not find any major difference other than names or tables from which the blocks were created. The main window on which the toolbar is placed is referenced as well.

Can't think of anything sensible today (TGIF) so will be glad if any one points me in the right direction,... in the mean time am trying to read the manuals

PS: Tried to check the triggers if they are trying to reduce the size in one of them but no luck
