Need help installing statspack

I am banging my head against the wall trying to get statspack installed on a 9.2.0.2.0 database on an HP-UNIX machine. Everytime I get to the point of selecting the default tablespace I getthe following:


Specify PERFSTAT user's default tablespace
Enter value for default_tablespace: tools
Using tools for the default tablespace

PL/SQL procedure successfully completed.

alter user PERFSTAT quota unlimited on tools
*
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1
ORA-01427: single-row subquery returns more than one row
ORA-06512: at line 8


After erroring out each time it invalidates the following packages:

SYS.DBMS_AQADM_SYS
SYS.DBMS_IREFRESH
SYS.DBMS_JOB
SYS.DBMS_PCLXUTIL
SYS.DBMS_PRVTAQIP
SYS.DBMS_SNAPSHOT
SYS.DBMS_STATS
SYS.DBMS_UTILITY
SYS.UTL_RECOMP

I have tried the spcreate.sql and the spdrop many many time with no luck.....any ideas?

There's an spdoc.txt document in your $ora_home/oradb_name/RDBMS folder.
It explains rather clearly the setup procedures...

I have no problem in installing statspack
