    Question Oracle Security Alert #57

    One of my database users has been granted dba priviledge but not create any library priviledge. May I know whether the Alert #57 still affects the user and I need to patch?

    Though oracle says that the library privilege is something that causes the problem, I would personally suggest that you just apply that pach and then grant the privileges to the user
