Locks and Who & finger command

When there is blocking locks, users coming and pressurising to find who is locking etc....using TOAD, ps-ef|grep spid etc I can find out what user is doing, what module is affected but difficult to find out who is the actual user caz it gives generic os username, oracle username, (caz many people share same name).

Is there any way to find out actual user using like WHO -T or finger or any other better way.

You also have machine and terminal in v$session, if it helps.
Otherwise if all are using same OS user and same DB user, with what data would you like to describe the user.
