I have been doing a lot of Oracle 7.3.3 client installations lately. The PC's are using win NT 4.0. The problem is that during the installation I always seem to get the message
"netc.ins(122) file not found while copying W32PRD.TMP" on every install I do, this is during the installation of SQL*NET easy config files, after that the installation just stops. Does anyone know what the error message means, and how do I stop it occurring. Thank you for your interest.

I am not sure - but before u attempt another install , delete the old ORACLE directories and remove entries of Oracle from the regedit as well.
Restart the system and try an install again. Best of luck..!!
