ORA-30926 Unable to get a stable set of rows in the source tables

I'm start to getting this error message when I insert or update more than 5000 rows. ORA-30926 Unable to get a stable set of rows in the source tables. Is there a limit how may records that I can insert or update on MERGE statement?

I use sqlldr to load the data and it executes few procedures and I used the MERGE statement and got this error when one of the procedure execute. It worked fine when the 4999 rows are inserted or updated.

Did u get this error when the last procedure executed or was it after a procedure in between.Where did u use the MERGE statement, Please specify.

BTW, Merge has no restrictions...
