    Request ?????

    Hi All Application DBAs,

    I am Oracle8i DBA. I would like to know the process of Application tuning. Where to i start the application tuning,if any client come and tell the performance is too bad. What is steps i should take care and how ? Please let me know the steps ? If any one write the steps i am very greatfull to them. As a DBA i know the tuning of SQL statements and check the Data Access methods, besides this how can i improve the performance of Application.
