What training should I go to. I'm already an OCP.
My employer has some money for training available. I am wondering what classes I should take to make myself more marketable. I was thinking an ORACLE CERTIFIED DEVELOPER course. Would that be benificial to me? I'll take any suggestions.
Thanks
Adam

How could anyone even begin to answer that question, based on the information you provided? For all I know, you're a drywaller who happens to be an OCP. Is being a certified developer going to help your career in the construction industry?
Are you a DBA? Do you do any forms development? If not, what a waste of time and money that would be, attending a developer course. Data warehousing? 8i going to 9i? DW or new features course would be useful - at least you would understand the database aspect.
-
Indeed so. This is why people stop giving a crap about what certificates someone can wave.

I'd go for Oracle 9i Programming Advanced Topics.
This is an excelent course for PL/SQL coding standards and optimization of PL/SQL code.
Every one needs this course.
It is better to ask and appear ignorant, than to remain silent and remain ignorant.

So what are some of the gems of knowledge you got from this wonderful course?

Go for Data Warehousing and Informatica Training.
-
I would go for "Training on Cooking", particulary "how to make pizza".
This is the only item mostly wanted in US.
