DB Problem
Hi I have an urgent problem.
ORA-12801: error signaled in parallel query server P002
ORA-01172: recovery of thread 1 stuck at block 11056 of file 22
ORA-01151: use media recovery to recover block, restore backup if needed
Db Crashed last night when performing an over night export error message in alert log is:
ORA-1650: unable to extend rollback segment RBS0201 by 2560 in tablespace RB02
Failure to extend rollback segment 27 because of 1650 condition

Problem is I don't have a backup. (Awful practice I know but this was supposed to be a piddle test db, not so know thought the heat is on.
Incidentally I have offlined the datafile in question and then tried to start db is this OK?

I don't think you can just offline and start the db. You may have to do a offline drop, remember you will lose all the data in the file and if that is the only datafile for the tablespace, drop and recreate the ts.
