    Angry database character set

    I recently upgraded 4 databases from 816 to 817.
Two of the databases are only used/opened when I upgrade my clients database, so that i have a match database at my office.

This is the first time since the upgrade that I'm trying to startup one of the databases.(I do have a full backup of db)

This problem was previously mentioned on the forum with no solution
