recover after mistakely issue alter database datafile <df1> offline drop

it is a nonarchive database , operator mistakely type
alter database datafile offline drop .

later on ( no transaction) the operator move back the and restart database
( ofcourse I think this df1 is no more linked to database)
he can not access tables on that datafile and he want to just recover it .

I think there is no option to do it . Xpert ,How do you think ?

if you have a backup recent enough, do a restore to new location and pull the data out.
    Say goodbye to datafile.
