RAC on RedHat AS or RedHat 9

Can i use the Redhat 9 for implementing the RAC or do i need to go with RedHat AS? I looks the RH AS is expensive for personal use.

    Thanks.

The above combination is not certified. However as it is for personal use, you could try and see what happens.

BTW, Oracle 9.0.1 is certified with RH 7.1.

    HTH.
