I open the database while the datafiles being copied and below is what I got:

ORA-01113: file 4 needs media recovery
ORA-01110: data file 4: 'C:\ORADATA\MYTEST\DATA_TS_01.DBF'
Exactly it had happened to me last weekend. I just recover the datafile which needs media recovery. And it works fine.
