    Ora - 12571

    When I am Trying to Fire any Querry From Client To Server , I m Finding This Error " TNS Packet Failure Ora- 12571 " , Why Is this Happening ? Pls Help.

    Possible reasons may be

    1. Server's IP Address COnflicts with other machine.
    2. Database shutting down(from 8.04 onwards).
