    Unhappy Cannot install 9.2.0.3 patchset on MS 2000

    Hi, I'm trying to install the 9.2.0.3 patchset from the universal installer and I keep getting a popup window that says "certain files that I am trying to re-install by the universal installer are being used by one or more applications". I shutdown all Oracle services but I keep getting the same message. Is there another service that needs to be shutdown? Something missing? Please help. Thanks.

    You need to upgrade OUI to 2.2.0.18.0 before applying 9.2.0.3
    Make sure your OUI is at version 2.2.0.18.0 or higher.

    dtc get's me alot,

    look at stopping the ditributed transaction coordinator in windooze control panel
