Default Session time

Hello All,

After how much time a Oracle session get disconnected from clinet if there are no activities (Default time). I have some problem related the connection and need to know how a session can be made for unlimited time. I dont want that a session should be expire at all.

Is there any setting that can be done in listener,sqlnet or profile to keep connection forever.

I think you are talking about "Idle Time" not "Default Time". This is infinite, unless you have limited the time through a profile assigned to the user.
